How to take review of the reports
First of all we go to main menu and click the reports option



This menu will show us many options of the reports which we can review. We will select any required option. After clicking on anyone the following window will appear:

Financial Statements

To check the financial statements balance sheet, income statement, retained earnings and cash flows.
Inventory
Check the inventory records in the reports.
General ledger
Check the general ledger accounts balances for example charts of accounts.
 Accounts payable
Check these options which are related to accounts payable for example purchase order general, purchase order report, purchase order register etc.
Accounts receivable
Check these options which are related to accounts receivable for example sale order, sale report, sale journal, sale register, customer ledger, customer list, receipts etc.


Use of Global Option in Peachtree


Use of Global Option in Peachtree
To use the global option go to the “options” drop down menu and select the first option “Global”. As shown in the figure:


When you will select this option the following window will appear:


This window has 4 tabs. These are explained below.
Accounting:
The first option in this tab is “decimal entry”. This option is for the number of decimals after the zero. You can select the decimals as per our requirements from the option available by the name, “Number of decimal places”. The maximum numbers of decimals which you can select are “5”. You can also select the decimal placing automatically by clicking on “Automatic” then selecting the number of decimal places as per our requirements. But for this you will have to first select the number of decimal places first and then the option of “Automatic”. Then after this you have “Hide general ledger accounts” option from where you can hide account receivables and account payables from different options in the software such as hiding the account receivable from sale order by selecting account receivable and same will be the procedure for account payable. In “Other Options” you can select different available options to implement them in our complete software. All the settings made here will be implemented in the whole software. After changing all these options or required options click on “Ok” to save.
General:
In general tab the first option is “improve performance”. It has two options first is related to the printing of the reports. And the second is related to the inventory on hand that do not show the inventory on hand in the lookup list.
The second option in this tab is line item entry display. If you select “1 Line” from here then it means that if you are entering a journal entry in the general journal then you have one spare line beneath each debit line to enter the other item and if you select “2 Line” then you have two spare lines beneath each debit line to enter the other two items. Then you can also select the color theme for our software as per our choice.


Peachtree Partners:
From this tab you can select the security level of the software. You can set it as low, medium and high according to your requirement.

As in the Microsoft word, you can check the grammar, spelling dictionary etc in the Peachtree if you enable this option.

Sales or invoice and receipts
Open the peach tree soft wear then select the company and click the task and go to the sales/invoice
Then get this window

In which write the customer id  and correct the date  and write the invoice number  and then you will get this window







Recites:
When we go to the task menu then go to recites
We get this window

Enter the ticket  id number  and give the customer id  enter the quantity then enter the item number and give the unit price
Enter the receipts amount  and then save

In peach tree soft wear .we open a company and go to the maintain menu and in which we turn on default information and click the customers point

And then this window is open

This window is for default setting .in this window we do the changes according our requirement in this window first head is the payment term in payment term further head are these cod means cash on delivery and if we click on this then show this window


We set the requirement according us.
After doing this we select the prepaid mean receive the advance amount

Next is due the number of day’s means how much day is due for the payments

Next is due on day of next month after doing this





Next is due at the end of month

Next we go to the account aging if we click the due date.
We set the all columns

We go to the custom field .in which we complete fill all the columns





Next we go to the finance charges and fill all the columns and set the price s and last charges.

After that we put the id of vendor then credit number after and put invoice number and than quantity then amount and write the returns. And then save it.

After that we put the quantity item and amount and quotes number

Make the purchase order account:


Make the purchase order account:
Step 1
First we open the Peach tree account and open the company and go to the menu and click the task point and press the purchase order



After click that we will get the purchase order window




Step 2
After getting that we follow these steps:
1st we write the vendor name:
We write the vendor name. (Who we get the goods)
2nd step (date)
In which we write the date when we give the order to vender
3rd (phone number)
In which we write the phone number of vendor
4th (quantity)
In which we write the quantity of goods
5th (item)|
In which we write the items of good
6th (per unit price)
In which we write the per unit price clearly
7th (save)
And then we save the order





Make the purchase receive inventory:
We go to the task in (menu) and come and press the purchase receive inventory

After that we get this window

After that we follow these steps for purchase receive inventory:
1st name (vendor):
In which we write the name of the vendor
2nd (date)
In which we write the date .when we receive this items
3rd (invoice number)
In which we write the invoice number of these items
4th (phone number)
In which we write the phone number of vendor
5th (receive quantity)
In which we write the receive quantity of items
6th (save)
Then we save this account
