How to maintain inventory item?
After open the peach tree soft ware and open a company .we
click the maintain point and go inventory item folder
We get this window
After that first we enter the id and then description and
then price level and fill all requirements. Then select the cost method.
In price level we select the price those which we sale that
goods
We select the cost method
Then enter the item type and location. In item type we enter
the type of good those which would be break or etc
In location, where we keep our goods
We fill the minimum level and enter the recorder quantity
In which we get the quantity level of purchasing and sale
In which we enter the general ledger sales account.
After that we go to the custom field
In which enter all requirements if we changing then we go to
the default and where we change e it
After that we see the history in history folder and then save it.
